Life
I spent what I now realize were 3 of the best years of my life at Istrouma Hi. Graduated in '64 and joined the Navy to avoid the draft. Ended up spending the next 27 years "seeing the world." When I retired I went to work for Cargill Inc. I got tired of that after 8 yrs and retired again, this time for good. I now spend all of my time raising 3 of my grandchildren. I live in Middleburg (Jacksonville)Fl. Sure wish I could go back to Hi school and do it all again.

g '64 after graduating frm Hi school. After boot camp, spent 27 wks in Tenn learning how to be an Aviation Electronics Tech. Spent the next 15 yrs as an enlisted man, attaining the rank of Chief Petty Officer (E-7). Was accepted for the Limited Duty Officer program and spent the next 12 yrs as a officer. Did duty on 6 different Aircraft Carriers. The last tour on the USS America was during Desert Storm. Retired in Fla. as a Lcdr (O-4) after 27 years. I did a lot and saw a lot. Wish I could do it again.
